To place an order for a Home Condition Survey either telephone me direct or complete the form below. Please use the check boxes for the required service.
There is no need for any payment details at this stage. I can pick up the appropriate payment when i carry out the survey.

A Home Condition Survey will cost :
- 1 Bed - £240.00
- 2 Bed - £280.00
- 3 Bed - £320.00
- 4 Bed - £380.00
- 5 Bed - £460.00
- 6 Bed - £550.00
The Home Condition Survey will be produced in a PDF format, which can be sent to your email address. A hard paper copy will be sent in the post.
The Home Condition Report will also include a Floor Plan.
